There is no refund on any deposits only reschedules are allowed.
You can reschedule once for free but only with a 3 business day notice.
Second reschedule will cause the deposit to be charged as a cancellation fee and you will need to re-book with a new deposit due.
Being 30 minutes late or longer will cause you to be charged with a $50 late fee that will be collected before the shoot starts.
Any additional time spent shooting may be charged extra starting at $350 per hour for in studio shoots and $250 for on location shoots.
WEB DEVELOPMENT POLICIES
Projects have individual timeline based on functionality and complexity. Most take between 3-6 weeks.

Developer can not start working before receiving all of the client material is sent.
For each delivery the client must make, there is a grace period however if the project is pushed back for more than 14 days, there will be a monetary penalty for the delay.
The client must pay for the hosting of their own website.
Additional work outside of the scope will be charged hourly.
